Unit selection and floor plan guidance. The development is 12 named layouts, grouped into 7 price bands, spanning 2 to 4 bedrooms, running from 538 sqft to 1,830 sqft. Provision steps between bands rather than running flat, so the choice usually turns on the hob, the kitchen, the laundry and the balcony as much as on floor area. We can cut that to a shortlist against what you actually need, and River Modern Floor Plan carries every layout with its drawing.
Financing, stamp duty and loan sizing. Loan quantum, the deposit schedule, CPF usage, and Buyer’s Stamp Duty and Additional Buyer’s Stamp Duty as they apply to your own profile, whether you are a first-time buyer, an upgrader selling an existing home, or buying a second property.
